Guys out there beware of this personI am other victim of this fellow who has loot me and has done a very low quality work. He will talk big as though he will build Vidhana Soudha, but he is fit not to build a house. He will cheat a lot if we are not present at the site of construction , the quality of work is very very low. So please if you want a happy and healty life of no worries dont ever enter into agreement of construction with this worthless fellow. He has no respect for elders too. He will use bad words and then scold the owner itself , even though the land does not belong to him.He is a criminal in disguise. Very very soon he will be punished by the LORD or the the law of nature less

Oh my god. I have heard of this Man Muniraj , I too made a mistake checking the internet and going ahead with the construction work. He is a pakka 200% cheat and scoundrel. He has some hand full of workers who does not even know the work properly, and while others take 1 day to finish work , these workers take 5days. When I asked for delay and penalty to be paid, this Man Muniraj threathen to stage a dharna in front of my house saying I did pay him money for full constructions. He started to used bad words. On my GOD, he is BIG BIG FRAUD. He then started to say that he has my house documents written in his name. I had to go trough a lawyer to throw this Blood fellow out and stop his construction
