Written the comment in a distressed state of mind due to lack of proper communication and misunderstanding..I guess every school will have their policies. Did not mean to be rude.I appologise.
I ve never written a review for any place. But I feel so compelled to write about Chennai public school as it is a seriously pathetic school and future students should not get fooled. I 've put both my children in the hands of useless people who absolutely don't care about anything except money. Apart from meaningless classes where students, teachers and parents don't know whats happening, There is absolutely no respect and concern for parents. This is evident even from totally uncourteous manner of talk when they know that a parent is calling. This is not the way they talk when a prospective parent calls wanting to put their hapless child in. No form of communication is allowed with teachers other than direct visit by parents to the school, and that too at a fixed time slot decided by them then and There. This is at a time when there is extensive communication between parents and teachers even through a watsapp group in other schools. Seeing the principal is even more impossible. Nonveg is not allowed in school but we were not informed about this before admission. On being asked a reason there came a lame excuse that the smell lingers on in the ac class rooms. For the amount of money these people are wringing from us, they can as well have a non ac dining hall. We have been in different schools in different cities due to our work . Never seen such worthless people. I will have to pull out my kids as soon as I can before further emotional and educational damage is done to them and us.
