I had purchased TDA 250 treadmill which started giving me error code E2 and shutting off after warranty expired. I am very excited to say the issue was resolved when Piyush from customer support called me today. He will be sending me a replacement unit, extra lube and instruction booklet. Piyush was very nice and understanding of my frustration. Piyush took his time to listen and provide me with instructions on how to maintain my new unit and avoid any other issues. I really appreciate Fiyush and Powermax Fitness for taking care of me.
