I had purchased a Yamaha bike (SS125) battery (amco) from J M Motors Pvt Ltd., B-146, Sector -10, Noida , vide invoice no. 774/2993 dated 17/06/2017. After one month battery has giving problem, so I visited said service station and he checked the battery and told battery may be replace. Then I told ok changed it, then J M Motors Pvt. Ltd told you have go authorized amco dealer and change it and you have take invoice, warranty card and copy of RC of vehicle. My quarries is the (1) why customer go to amco dealer and changed the battery why not J M Motors Pvt Ltd. changed the battery, (2) Why it is need of RC for change the battery. I request you to take the necessary step to rectify the problems and support the customer against misbehave of the J M Motors Pvt Ltd.
