Beware of this construction under Muniraj Reddy. He is a fraud and a scoundrel. He will appraoch cusotmers and talk nicely and give quote for construction.
When the construction is 60% stage he will try to get all the money from the quote and then give all waste excuses about problems in his house.
He will create conflict and run away. Or if any legal procedure isthere he will threaten and use foul languages to all people regarless of age.

For us he caused lot of issues and problems and made us go to police station and then gave lot of torture.
He is a criminal in disguise. When we stopped his construction, he created a fraud document and then threatened that , we had sold the land in his name as per agreement and then later we had to round around lawyers to get things settled in court and police station. He had created a forged documents of sale deed with signature and threatened.
During this time we got to know that this person has caused similar problems with all other owners for whom he had done the construction work. All of them said the site engineers whom he appoints to do the work are just freshers out of the colleges and they just cant control the workers nor know the quality. Apart from this , he never follows anything as per agreement and he will try to extract more money and say for this expenses and that. Later when we ask eh will put the blame on us.
Other part is that the quality is low quality work, workers are such lazy fellows whom he does not even pay properly. He start the work moring at 10 or 11 am then finish by 5pm and work very slow. No time sense, and the construction which has to complete within 6 montsh will be dragged for 1 year , by the end of 1 year, we will see that we would have spent lot of money just for a small piece of low qiality work. After that when we question and ask for money and penalty as per agreement then he will fist start with his family problem, later when we again ask, he will start slowly avoiding and then threathening starts and then finally when we want to stop the constructions work he will play the fraud document game. We go info from other owners who had similar problems, also for one person the started to face problem with him in the initial stage of construction only, and now some lawyers and court proceedings are going on.
We warn you never to go for this construction.
Lots of owners paid extra money for finish their house work. Happiness of building a dream house, turns into a sorrow of why to build house.
