please find below my experience with customer service with this company. Full payment was insisted on before goods were dispatched and what they delivered was just carcusses for wardrobes after payment was made.
This Quba kitchens is a company due to have their opening today of their new show room due to which they have totally compromised my order. Advance payment was taken upon approval of design on the 4th of June and delivery was to happen in 11th august. Complete payment was made when i was told goods are ready to be dispatched. We made payment and they sent only carcusses and no shutters saying those are not ready and will take another 2 days during which carcuss will arrive. Day 7 today only excuses and no product. Also measurements taken were wrong and to fit in the carcuss they need to break my walls. i have been shuttled from one person to another and no one is taking responsibility for this. I am still waiting for my product to be fully delivered and installed! My shifting and other work on site has been delayed and i have to pay additional rent due to their delay. Apart from time delay I still don't have product or know what sort of product i will get.
These companies work on word of mouth and reputation and hope someone out there is listening and help out with this.
