Worst service I have ever received from any Telecom company. I got my BSNL No. 9444694770 ported from Chennai circle to Andhra Pradesh circle through application at BSNL exchange Lal Bazaar, Trimulgherry for Rs. 10.The officials don't give complete information. Even After portability activation my no. was being shown in Chennai circle and no offers were being reflected on my number . I was receiving incoming calls and SMS. When I tried to topup it online transaction failed . Then I called customer care twice they gave me other numbers to contact. When I called that number I told them about my problem. Then only they actually ported my number. And now they are telling me to recharge it with you Rs. 61 for 6 months' validity with no talktime. For talktime I would have to topup it with other topup plans. Complete waste of money and time if you are having BSNL number.
