I have applied for broad band connection on 14 August 2017. Payment for the same has been made and telephone instrument has been installed in flat. Dial tone and current was checked and I was told that the broad band connection would be made on next day. When no reply was received in two days I called the Airtel sales personnel who informed that addressed has been noted wrongly by their representative as Tower No 11 instead of Tower No 1 and they would have to close this connection and again would give the new connection in the correct address. Since then I am running from pillar to post and requesting each airtel personnel and I am being given assurance that connection would be issued in month last. No progress has been made since. Airtel sales personnel picks up the phone as per their convenience highly insincere and non professional. I am searching for the correct form for lodging the complaint as I am fed up with false assurances by airtel personnel. Their seems to be some thing fishy on the matter. K C S Bisht 9868863550
