Mahavir, the owner of the shop is a fraud. They make money off their customer's innocence. He sold me a used Lenovo laptop which he used as a demo piece. The laptop had scratches and false transparent vinyl stuck behind the screen to hide the scratches. If this wasn't enough, the configuration of the laptop that he sold me the laptop were also false. He said it was a quad core laptop and showed it in the device manager. But hardly anyone knows that the data shown in device manager can also be altered. The number of processors that is shown in the device manager is nothing but the number of threads. On running a tool that shows accurate hardware information it was shown that the laptop is of dual core processor. They will offer free accessories and add-ons but all that is a gimmick. All the accessories are fake and of low quality, Even the microsoft mouse that he gave was duplicate and stopped working within months. I sincerely urge everyone to not purchase any product
