Never ever purchase jewellery from any of the TBZ branches....they are pathetic cheaters...they are very good to you till u purchase something...when u go to exchange the jewellry purchased from them these liers make u run here and there saying its not thiers its other TBZ etc...when u ask them for the adress of the branch they act like they are from other planet...i have pirchased almost 2 to 3 lac worth jewellery from.their nirmal lifestyle mulund branch...when i went to exchange my 10 yr old engagement diamond ring i was forwarded to churni road branch...me n my hubby drove from mulund to churni road to exchange it..there were dead zombies in the stores..behaving like there is a dead body in front of them and they are waiting for the funeral...no courtesy, no smile..looked like the old man who must be the owner of the store trained them to behave dead just like him..no wonder there was not even a single customer...all sales men n women were dead zombies staring seriously...they denied right o face saying its not theirs..when asked where can i find the branch answer was DONT KNOW..we are civilized educated people.so just ignored them...if i would have stayed in that store for a second more i would have slapped one of the zombie....my advice with experience do not buy anythg from TBZ instead buy it from TANISH proffesional people...well mannered and courteous.....
