I had changed my connection from Pre-paid to Post paid during which they had collected amount of Rs. 500/- as a deposit. Later I have ported from Vodafone to other network 10 months back. Till now they have not repaid the amount. I am trying to contact them and I am unable to contact. Very poor service and harsh behavior of the staff.
