Please avoid this movers and packers if you love your belongings and want to have peace of mind.The owner Mr Ravi Gupta is an ethicless person and would change colours like a chameleon. You should consider yourself lucky if you can get the items back. The modus operandi is as follows
1. They would promise loading, unloading, packing and unpacking.
2. This would change once they pick up the load. Mr Ravi Gupta is such a shameless fellow that he would start threatening you that he would not send the things to destination if we ask for unpacking.
3. Initially while picking up the things they would be very polite however after they take the things away Mr Ravi Gupta, would start arm twisting to recover balance payment before delivery.
4. Even after paying the entire amount they/Ravi Gupta would only send the items at his own will.
5.At time of unloading they will just send the truck and it may happen that you may have to arrange for labour.
So I would say that Ravi Gupta and his company is just an example as I happened to come in conatct with him/them. My hunch is that majority of the packers and movers work like this and have no ethics or moral obligations. I would strongly recommend people to stay away from these touts.
