11th November, 2017 To Joint Labour Commissioner (South), Labour Department, of Delhi, New Delhi-110001 Subject: Regarding the Payment of Provident Fund of my son Lt. Sh. Bhupender Verma Respected Sir, I Saroj Bala, age 71; living with my elder son and daughter at Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. On dated 01st December, 2012 my youngest son name (Bhupender Verma) was passed away. He was worked as a helper with “M/s. Ushnak Mal Madan Lal”, I have a complainant regarding release of Provident Fund their Late son Sh. Bhupender Verma towards the employer “M/s. Ushnak Mal Madan Lal”. 1. That it had been agreed between the parties that the respondent company “M/s. Ushnak Mal Madan Lal”, had completed the documents for releasing the provident fund for Late Sh. Bhupender Verma as full and final settlement towards all claims/amount outstanding with relation to the present dispute of the complainant against respondent. 2. I Saroj Bala have submitted copy of missing person complaint lodged on 19.09.2012 by the Late Sh. Bhupender Verma and also copy of missing person report lodged by me on 27.07.2016 regarding my daughter-in-law (Ms. Ritu Verma). In view of this provident fund may be released/ settled in favour of me (Saroj Bala), M/o Late Sh. Bhupender Verma. 3. The Mr. Shiv Shanker Yadav Legal Advisor of the respondent company had handed over the above documents and on humanitarian ground respondent has handed over or Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) to me (Saroj Bala) on 28.06.2016 and the same had been accepted by me (Saroj Bala). This is for your kind information that Ritu Verma, W/o Late Sh. Bhupender Verma, was left her husband without information; when her late husband was in the hospital and till the date nobody knows about her. I want to appeal from the court please release rest of the amount of provident fund of Late Sh. Bhupender Verma. I am 71 years old lady, going to Saket Court every month. Every month Court gives next date but there is no satisfactory result. There is not a big amount, which Court delaying. Now seeking your help in resolving a problem that I am facing since almost 2 years & it is a problem that is causing me some concern and that I have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. I hope in doing so we can deal with the issue quickly and amicably. I request you to look into this issue and ensure that Curt give order to the concern authority pay Provident Fund of my son Lt. Sh. Bhupender Verma as payable. Please find the required attachment as below:- Still I did not get any satisfactory response from the Saket Court; that I will get my son Lt. Sh. Bhupender Verma, Provident Fund or what is going on? It’s my humble request to the concerned department, please take the necessary action and do the needful. I will be highly obliged to you.
