Hi All, please don't trust this company if you are shifting your base from one location to another. This is nothing, but organised syndicate of harassing and looting money. In my case, I delivered my luggage to them on 8th July 2017 ( Yes I do have receipts ) and did not receive the cargo till November end ( Yes, we are talking about more than four months of timeframe ) and that also missing lot of my essential items. They kept on making lot of excuses, which were absurd and laughable, to justify unrelenting delay. One of his partner, Mr Surender Yadav Infact threatened us to face consequences when it comes to delivery of luggage if we decided to explore legal option. Infact, my friend had to go to their warehouse, arranging his own transport to pick up luggage and had to pay 6,000 rupees on and above whatever we paid to him ( so these guys collected luggage from us and delivered to third party without paying them their charges). This guy Mr Nagpal asked me to pay this amount for time being and promised me to make online transfer to settle matter. But, we are still following up with him to get this additional money but no avail. He is not even picking up our calls, replying to our messages on this matter.
So in nutshell, stay away from these so called fraud firms as you can see we are still dealing with a cargo which was initiated nine months back. Their website (http://www.prestigepackersmovers.com ) and this guy Mr Nagpal is full of deceit and lies with fake promised before taking your luggages.
Guys, you can message me for the proof of this entire incident so that it can save your time, money and energy.
