we had a very bad experience with KENT Pearl water purifier system.
Within 3 weeks from the date of purchase the system started
giving trouble. Due to water leakage the system once gave mild
current shock to our servant maid. Even after registering the compllaint
no body did turn up. When mail is given, every time one stock reply
comes - Sorry for the inconvenience. we have the matter, some boody
would call.
In fact the engineer came after continuous follow up. Twice he came
but could not resolve the issue. He left informing he would come back
with a solution. three days are over. No body did turn up. Once again
after much followup one technician came along with some official
of the company. The official instead attending to the probllem
started arguing that there is no problem. We have shown him
the photographs of the water leakage and water logging inside
the system. He advised us to use the system. Then we asked
him to give us in writing that nothing
