One of the worst LIfe insurance company i have ever come across just give false promise and never stick to their words. I suggest nobody take policy from HDFC. This is the third bad experience i have had with HDFC. Only when they need people for taking their policy they will do anything after that service is pathetic. I had visited Vashi branch for change of address one of my poilcy had maiden name for which they needed marriage certificate and they promised to come home and take it inspite of me telling them i will come and give. They already did the needful by taking the new policy from me but when it came to help they are zero. I am really upset.
