Greetings. I have purchased a flat in Vega bldg in Kabra Galaxy. Would like to share my feedback/concerns on the the Internal Bedroom Grills (which as you might have gathered is the majority feedback/opinion of other flat owners of the complex) as under:-
Safety - This is first and foremost concern. Any external opening at windows compromises safety of the children (many of the flat owners have children below 10 yrs as is the case with me). From your perspective it is reputational risk in the event of any untoward incident happening. Many of the flat owners are all together not putting the grill at all which is even more dangerous from the children's risk perspective.
Inconvenience - As flat owner has paid the purchase price on the super build up area, it would be unfair, in the least, if owners are unable to use the space within the window coverage area.
Aesthetics - Assume this was the prime consideration when you had finalised the internal grill. Would request you to visit the site now and view some of the flats where they are drying their clothes outside the window. It would look much better inside the grill rather then the otherway round. You would appreciate there is no provision for dry area for clothes in Kabra Galaxy.
I gather you (and your father ) are held in high respect by your employees, contractors and customers for your fair and transparent dealing. Let the goodwill not be lost for such a small and not too relevant issue.
Would recommend/strongly suggest revisiting of the Internal Grill decision.
