Today I went to transfer my gas connection to New Delhi. Behavior of clerical staff was very rough. He returned me and asked for coming at 4pm.Though it takes only fifteen minutes after deposit of documents and empty gas cylinder. I'm a defence personal it is very hard to come repeatedly from office. Pl look at the matter and improve the customer service.
