The women who pick up the phone are abcolutely rude and blunt. They yell at you on the phone and do not have phone manners. One of worst Academy experience. Many of friends told not to contact them for the language courses. I simply thought it probably is thier own perspectuive, but rather its true the team at purohit academy BLOODY RUDE and MANNERLESS!
