If the owner himself is so rude in the reply of a feedback, I hope now everyone will understand how they talk on phone after getting the money as well as the staff.
They dont have any courtesy...... u should thank me Mr. Sameer every customer doesn't give the feedback.......but they can easily spoil your reputation in the market......instead of doing that I siply given the feedback but I am sorry you don't deserve it.....

I am really happy that finally I got the chance here to write about Samara.
They are the most pathetic travel agent I came across.
They just want money after that the customer may go to hell, they are not at all concern.
I have done my booking through Renuka, First of all she has never heard me properly. I have requested her twice that i need deluxe category but last day she informed that she has booked regular category. After requesting a lot, she some how managed to change.
Then it was our first day in Pattaya-Thailand, the hotelier gave us the twin bedroom, as we have requested for king size bed because me and my husband went together. They replied that its our travel agent mistake and they cannot do anything about it. However, I told Renuka also that we husband wife are travelling. Then I called up Samara Travels in India and spoke with Amrita and also requested her to help me out. She simply replied, that she cannot help as they have already mentioned in Terms and conditions that everything is subject to availability. And she was so rude, and behaved like you have given the money and now we are not bothered.
and Travel bus which they have arranged from Pattaya to Bangkok,....That was so hopeless....I mean temperature outside is 36 degrees and 40 people sitting inside the bus AC is not working......And also Pattaya to Bangkok is 1 and a half hour journey but the driver took complete 3 and a half hours. That was so frustating.
The nutshell is the staff is not at all helpfull and courteous.
And the services at the destination is also bad.
And yes one more thing, Guide which they have arranged in Bangkok was really knowledgable person and very good services given by him.....But the guide in Pattay was so rude again, and shown us all stupid and boring place which I am sure The Thailand people only have never seen in there life.......especially that Alangkaran show.
