Insurance claiment no.1800128776 Dt 11.05.2018 for RS 3642/-was issued to me and accordingly went to himayatnagr show room and given to the concerned / available person in store and asked to intimate on my cell no. Till now I have visited many times and concerned person has not initiative to find out the matter. I have not redeemed and today when i went and enquired store manager says there is time limit to redeem and now it expired. Help me out my no is 9985152124
