Want to share something about herbs...they all are amazing & give very good results
Last year my hubby full body check up & he found his prostrate increased due to his BP medicine which he is taking from 1998 . Again after six months full body check up & dr found prostrate is cured & he was surprised how itâs possible then my hubby told he is taking same herbs which my wife is taking & itâs prescribed From nutrihealth prog & doing anulom vilom pranayama regularly 2 Times

In my earlier post ... want to write 3 years 9 months but by mistake itâs written 9 years 6 months canât correct... sorry for that ð
I m using Aasukras & Shreshtha Rasayana ... itâs amazing . Finished my third bottle & I can find changes in my skin & hair . It helps in reducing fine lines & the glow on face is amazing. When ever I m out, all my friends ask âALKA what are u using ,ur skin is glowing?âThen I tell them about Aasukras & Shreshtha Rasayana .They have also told me to order for them and currently 4-5 friends are using . They are also very happy . After finishing my 1st bottle when I was in India & My beautician was doing facial she also found changes in my skin . Thank you so much for the amazing anti-aging kit .

Today i complete my 9 year 6 months with nutrihealth ...... Amazing felling .......last year on 12 th aug 2017 I visit there very memorable moment for me . They select me as HEALTH AMBASSADOR . Full day I spend there I meet Shikha Maâam , my t nutritionist Richa Verma , my dr Shilpa Maâam & entire nutrihealth members really its. Great moment of my life .
I just want to say a big big thank you to my lovely,adorable gorgeous & beautiful nutritionist Richa Verma {RV} and the entire team at Nutrihealth.......Can't thank you enough ...... You are truly treasure..... who r always available for help. I have already lost 17 kgs and positively moving towards loosing more with loads of energy . I joined this programme for three months for myself as I was facing health issue due to my weight.. I totally loved the programme because the diet was well thought of and contrary to the belief it did not make me starve even one day.. Also they had a physical activity included which was so important as it is also about moving your body and keeping it physically fit apart from diet .. I achieved my target weight loss in the three months and I was brimming with happiness ... I am a home maker and have been health conscious over the last few years. I use to gym and now I practice yoga religiously. My diet was never too heavy but limited and normal. Due to hormonal changes I was really putting on lot of weight and it pinched me that inspite exercising and controlling my diet I was not able to reduce much weight. Then when I tried Nutri Health they analysed my personal lifestyle and recommended diet accordingly. The results have been astonishing. The best part of the diet plan was that I would not feel weak or feel that I really have to control eating. I felt healthy and rejuvenated.
