Take my Opinion Very seriously, I don't want anyone to be cheated and harassed. I had a very close relationship with Khosla from 2011 & since then I have bought 4 items.This time they have changed all their staff from manager to ISD. This group of peoples are most uneducated, most Unethical, personal I have ever seen. Last time also I bought a TV and faces issue but that time their old manager Tanmay help me a lot & the group also was very supportive with every customers, but this new staff group have a sence that they are only here to sell product, at any cost , at any way they will sell it, for that they can cheat you , they can tell you lie, and believe me after purchasing product if you face any issue you will not get any help from Nager Bazar Khosla, not only that if they do then they will ask for money by stating some different service terms. Their current manager Tubai Chakraborty is one of the Unethical and unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life and their ISD Mamony Sarkar is the most lier, uncultured one. Don't GO!!! Beware of TUBAI CHAKRABORTY......
