I bought a pair of black boots (Style No. 9116)(HSN Code 64032029) on 30th December 2018 for Rs. 3490 from INC.5 Shoes Private Limited, E-30, South Extension Part II, New Delhi-110049. I wore them for the first time on 31st December 2018. Within two hours of use in the early hours of morning, the inner sole of both boots became detached. I went to the store the same evening to report the complaint. I was given a cockamamie excuse by the owner that since I wore the boots without socks, the sweat melted the glue resulting in peeling of the inner soles. I demanded a replacement since the product had been used for only a couple of hours before this happened. He declined it saying that it is a MINOR issue and can be fixed. I was told that the repair for this MINOR issue will take a day and that I need to come later to collect the shoes. I found the entire interaction discourteous and left the product at the store itself. Will strongly recommend against buying anything from this store.
