I am a regular customer of naturals salon, Vellore. Not because it offers the best services but just because its better than the other salons in Vellore. Today i have done straintening of my hair and the charges were exorbitant.. Inspite of the high price i went for it. But unfortunately the smoothening has not been done properly. My hair doesnt look strightened at all. The hair dresser says that he would re do it but why should i subject my hair for another round of chemicals!!!! I wpuld like my refund at the earliest. Even after charging more than 7000 bucks for the service the results were far from expectation. Atleast keep trained staff if u r planning to loot the customers. Exorbitant prices for a good service is still acceptable.
