Hi,
I have purchased, Washing machine(Samsung) from Reliance digital basweshwar nagar on 13th jan 2019, During purchasing they give assurance that the product will be delivered next day and also with the installation done.
I got the product, but for installing I called number of times as it was about to 8 clock night and next morning we were supposed to leave to the office.
After calling Many times,
At last technician came home, and that too he was not an Samsung technician , but he was from Reliance digital Technical person who was knowing nothing about the product.
Just he opened the box, plugged the switched and said its a basic model, and anyone can operate easily.
If this was to be done, then My baby could have done easy ....right????
Any Technician's job has to be,
1. he should supposed to check the machine whether it is getting start or no.
2.he should check whether all buttons are working or no
3.He should plug the adapter to the tap and check whether any leakage happening in the pipe.
Above all ,He has done Nothing.
Due to which we only tried to plug the adapter to tap, which was not possible by us due to size mismatch.
1.And All of the above, when I tried to call the showroom to lodge the complain on 15th jan around 7 clock pm, They neglected saying manager is in the washroom, and same reply I got in the morning.
At last. at 11.30 they responded(I don't think the response was that polite given to the costumer), they saying that complaint has been lodged and Technical person may come anytime.
(I agree, there was issue with my number for sometime, but is this the way Reliance Give respond to the costumer??????)
I have purchased, TV in UNILET and other things in other showrooms, But the response from that showrooms was much much better.
Very Bad Experience .
And Thank You, next time I will never refer any of my friends for the same .
