They never pick up phone and not giving replying to email for complaints not any provision for customer care without visit there office. staff is not bother to listening about complaints. now days even in government organization every complaints are souls after given online complained but S.S.V.Cable not ready to change.
When ever government change rule for cable operator like set top box or now new TRAI rules came they not follows that but way they are taking to give maximum trouble to there customers and get more money from them.
very surprising thar this thing there owners are not knowing or knowing but ignored.
I am not giving any star to them but any provision for giving moines i will give that.
