Himabindu, I have taken a new SIM from this office and waiting for activation even after half-an-hour also the SIM was not activated, they gave me the sim and told me dial the 59059 and told me to type PIN number and get activation, but even after 2 days also i am getting recorded message in 5909 ' number not reachable, i called customer care , they told in 4 hours my new sim will be activated, and told me to recharge, but i already paid in showroom for recharging, i am calling the toll number which is a waste of calling, till now also my phone number not activated very poor services of airtel now-a-days.
