An insurance policy has been raised on my name i.e. V Ramabrahma Sastry during March,2018 and at the time of issuance of policy i clearly indicated that i will pay the premium on line only no ECS be made for premium payment. In this regard i dont know how ecs on andhra bank initiated and twice presented and on contact i clearly indicated to the official that i will pay on line only hence i request that kindly cancel the ecs request made earlier and intimate me accordingly the due date and grace period so as to make payment on line.
