Girias mahalingapuram most traumatic and dissapointing experience.Store staff most lathargic and inefficient ,Customer service is pathethic.My mother gifted IFB Convention Microwave, as we are already using Microwave and i wanted OTG , very next day went for exchange but store manager was very rude , he denied exchange as one of thermocal packing cover was not there, but everything was perfect as it was not even removed from the box.
