I am also affected... I'm not here to complaint about agency because they picked phone and they talked to me... I'm here to complaint about the maid they sent.. She was good but left in 2 weeks.. I hired her before I left for a holiday and trained her for 2 weeks.. I promised to pay her during leave because I wanted her to be back.. She joined on time.. Took full salary for leave and immediately left for a wedding... N never came back... As per agency.. They told that it s my mistake n I shud not have paid her full salary.... Luckily I paid only one third of commission to agency... The agency says that whenever I need a new maid they l send but how can we trust the ppl they send....i have had bitter experience with agencies and this is one of them.... It's just your luck to get good ppl...
