I bought a sofa set (3+1+1) for 24000 bucks four months back. Within three months time, the upholstery started withering off from one side.
Worst thing is, even after calling them, almost everyday for a period of over a month, there is no response. They are not even ready to come down to my place to inspect the product.
I bought a sofa from the marathahalli outlet for 24000 bucks, four months back. The upholstery started withering off, from one side, within three months. I have been calling their office almost everyday for a month now, asking them to visit my place to inspect the problem. But so far they are just dodging around and not ready to come down.
