Very very bad service. The owner Mr. Mohan talks very nicely while providing the maid first time. After that he doesn't bother to take your call. There is one field officer Mr.Venkatesh who plays all the game. He keeps rotating maids from one house to another house. Even though he knows that the maid is not good, he promises lot of things just to collect the advance. Also, please do not hire a lady named "Jayamma" or "JayalaSheela" aged 32 yrs from this firm. She is from Channagiri, Shimoga District. This lady is the worst lady I have seen on earth. A big lier first of all. She works very well for 1 month to gain your confidence. She will tell to disassociate from the agency and pay the full salary to her (not giving Rs.500 every month to agency). If you listen to her and pay her, she will work for 1 or 2 months, take some advance moeny and vanish. Also, she is mentally unstable in the sense just walks out of the house, comes back whenever she wishes.Agency is also not taking any action on her since they can push her to another house and collect another Rs.5000 as advance.
When I checked up the history of this lady, she has done similar things earlier in Ulsoor where she worked as maid (she took huge advance and vanished), HSR Layout etc.,
This is my sincere posting after going through lot of mental harrasment from this agency & the lady. Please please donot fall pray to this agency or this lady.
