We had purchased a Panasonic Refrigerator on 17th Feb. The executive who came along with the refrigerator found scratches on the product when he opened the box. He immediately took back the product. We complained to customer care and they assured us to wait for their call back. We didn't receive any call. Later we went to the store but found Manager Vijay Kant's behavior was very rude towards us. My whole working day wasted along with that I got Rs 3000 cash back from ICICI bank once only. It was also wasted. The other Refrigerator we purchased from another store without any cashback. Rs 32600 has been blocked for the next 15 days. Who will take responsibility for my time and my money???? Take immediate action. Complaint against Manager Vijay Kant
