Kaya crown plaza staff is unprofessional, untrained and very rude. They don't know how to behave with the client. They are big opportunist, they are trying to encase the pendamic situation and they ask Rs.200/- as protocol charges. I would like to give minus rating for poor services, unprofessional behavior, money digger. I would like to tell everyone please don't take any kind of treatment from kaya. Kaya is money hungery now. Client handling by the manager is worst. She is very unprofessional and arroga
