This place definitely deserves to be shut down. Just marketing gimmicks and nothing else. Service is a big zero. Charged around 90k for chemical peel and MNRF. It has been over a year now and I have completed all my EMIs, however the MNRF treatment hasn't started. While taking the money, they didn't tell me that the location for MNRF would be Marredpally which is over 20 km from my place. While taking the appointment, they say that there is no equipment for mnrf treatment available in gachibowli. And while taking payment, they even talk about the best results. In the 5th session of chemical peel, they took my feedback. When I said, I wasn't happy about the results since there was no visible change in my skin, a marketing lady took me to her cabin and said that may be this treatment didn't help out much as it might not have been suitable to my skin ; and then she asked me to take another treatment which would have just 1 session and would amount to around 1 lac. This marketing lady (don't remember her name) spoke to me as if she was the doctor. While giving this treatment advice, she had not consulted the doctor. And how the hell can they suggest me a chemical peel in the 1st place if my skin wasn't suitable for it ? Very clearly just to loot the customers' money. The management of appointment dates is another thing to be ridiculed. They call to ask for appointment and then give the appointment date on their own and thereafter continuously keep calling and disturbing. Today morning, I called to take an appointment for my 1st mnrf session and a lady said that she will have to call and check with the doctor and asked me to wait. I again called in the evening which was attended by some other lady. She asked me to stay on line which she connects me with the manager. And then the same lady came back and said that they will confirm the appointments in the evening. And it is over 11pm now , I have received no confirmation. The manager clearly refused to speak to me since now their marketing is already done and they have taken all the money they had to take, now who cares about the services promised? If I had a choice, I would have taken all my money back and never looked at these assholes ever again.
I am pretty sure now that these fellows have gathered the ratings and reviews by begging to their customers as they did to me.
