One of the worst experiences ever!!! Please donât go thru them!!!!!
This company is full of frauds. Since I donât have too much time to go and lodge a complaint against them and keep following up, so I am just writing my reviews here.
Here is my story:
I went on to a Himachal tour (Couple tour). They gave me a tour itinerary with some shady hotel names (Silky Resort in chandigarh, Golf Link in Shimla and Imperial Place in Manali) I would request you to go and check them on internet. When I reached there none of the hotels had my booking. After requesting they gave me a room (they gae only because room were available at that time, else i will have to look for some hotels my self and pay from my pocket no refunds). At the time of check out the hotel reception people withhold our baggages saying that they hadn't received any payments from Dhaval tour so we had to wait for 4 hours at the reception lobby until a person from Dhaval tours office went to the bank and then made the payment.
The Silky Resort reception didnt have reservation either so they shifted us in some shady (Govind Residency) one of the worst hotel (lodge) Ihave ever seen. That place was probably one of the cheapest place in Chandigarh which is why all the local goons come there jut to drink and party. The bathroom was clogged with soap water. If you eat anything there you would have surely gone to the doctor.
So guys please trust me and dont even think about choosing DHAVAL TOUR. If you dont trust me then please ask for their tour itinerary for Himachal and call the hotels they mention there and talk to the hotel reception people to find out the truth. They never pay hotel bills on time and so the hotel people will harass you. Whenever i called the Dhaval Tour office they just gave me answers like any government office gives "Sorry sir we cannot help you the itinerary is fixed", "You can talk to our boss (Dhaval Chunekar) if you want, he will aslo reply the same", "Dont worry sir next hotels are booked"....later they stopped picking up my phone (they have caller ID). My suggestion is either you do all by yourself or go to better names like kesari, Raj, Heena, Sachin or any bigger ones. You will pay some extra but the whole point is to have fun in the tour and not to keep quarreling with Dhaval Tour staff. Hope you learn from my experience!
