true, bad customer service, we got a ticket for parking violation by the police bec we parked our car in front of the store, when my husband asked the store owner why he has to go through this kind of nonsense for no mistake from our side, the owner said, i have not interest in all these matters and just walked away!!! bad attitude, and the lady/ or the owner who stands near the door, has such a bad eye on the kids moving around the store, they are more concerned that kids will touch the toys and spoil them rather than seeing the brighter side, if the kids get to touch and see the toys, they may like it and buy it, rather than restricting them to touch which will result in not buying !
