My fiance bought a Ford Ikon for the first time from Rajshree Ford... trust me, you need to be very careful when you mention about what you need exactly. Or else, they take things for granted and assume a hell lot of things. For example - we wanted a fancy number and told them about doing only a Temporary Register. The person there knew that in coimbatore there is no Temporary Register - he could have informed us. Instead he went ahead and registered a number of his own choice.. Much to our disappointment.
The fact that we are really angry is that he tried to justify what he did was correct and told us if we need to change the number again we have to sell the car (It has just been driven for some 20 - 25kms)..and that too for a price lower than ex-showroom price!! (with a diff of 1.25 Lakhs and that too for his mistake).
After doing a mistake, they can never accept they are wrong, and to add to that they offer solutions that you wished you had never asked anything from them.
I am yet to experience how their service is going to be... but first impression is lost. This is a message to everyone - please tell your Rajshree Ford dealer - in written terms about what you need or dont need (else they will tell you they assumed things or dreamt that you said something)
