An Absolute Nightmare - Avoid Gadget clinic at all Costs!
Where do i even begin with utter disappointment that is Gadget Clinic?
They operate with different business names like Apple Solutions, Apple Repair, Gadget clinic. They all are same. If you call their website numbers, Mr. Mahesh will receive it and will keep following up till you reach their repair centre. At the repair centre they will behave to have one of the finest services and product, however will replace your original parts with cheaper parts from China that wont even last for a week.
Mr. Mahesh initially promised to replace my broken screen within couple of hours, but when I went to the repair centre, they told me 2 days. At the time of delivery the guy Mr. Imran at Powai centre calls and tell me it will take another week.
After collecting the device after waiting for a week, paying a hefty price as good as the original, the screen stopped working completely. Since it was under 1 year warranty when I asked them to replace the screen, they started giving different reasons and are now asking to again submit the phone for a week to be sent to Delhi. Mr. Mahesh has completely disappered and not answering phone calls too.
Beware, they will ask for device password on pretext of doing coding. When I resisted, they did it without device passwords. I am surprised, how they dupe innocent customers by taking their device passwords and transferring their personal data on their laptops for ulterior use.
In summary Gadget clinic is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is dreadful and lack of accountability is infuriating. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague.
