BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBToday on 23/08/23 I got a bike classic 350 finance from idfc bank and went to Royal Enfield Showroom Sheetla Mata Road Gurgaon to pick up the bike from idfc bank, there I deposited Rs 48381/- from my bank account BRAWN AUTO MOBILE 7.22 minutes of transfer to K bank [but started waiting for the bike, to give the bike, the employee named Raj was talking too much, he was showing me that the bike is in my limit no buy, was doing everything at a higher price Then Raj took a helmet and kept it on the table in front of me and said that here is the helmet, and placed it on the table in such a way that as if he was humiliating me, he said in a very dirty way, on this I said not to take the bike. And asked about the manager, the manager came after some time, he only told me that we will not give you the bike and we will return your payment in 7/8 days. I could not understand at that time that the branch manager and the sales man have only Royal Enfield company, Before today I took Electra in 2019 from Uttam Nagar Delhi and Classis 350 from Najafgarh but the behavior of these two staff was so bad that I can't tell if the customer can't be respected at the showroom of Royal Nild, to buy bike from such company We are not going to die for such a poor sales team of BRAWN AUTO MOBILE If the company takes action on the showroom, then we feel that we are doing business with the company and it is the showroom of the company only. I gave money to buy the bike from the company, you are requested to take action against the showroom and give me the bike which I have bought with respect. श्रीमान जी आज दिनांक 23/08/23 को मैंने idfc बैंक से एक बाईक क्लासिक 350फाइनेंस करवाई और एजेंट के साथ बाईक लेने के लिए शीतला माता रोड गुडगाँव रॉयल इनफिल्ड के शोरूम पर गया, वह जाकर मैंने 48381/- रूपए अपने बैंक अकाउंट से BRAWN ऑटो मोबाइल के बैंक में ट्रान्सफर की 7.22 मिनट [पर और बाईक का इन्तजार करने लगा , बाईक देने के लिए वह राज नाम का कर्मचारी कुछ ज्यादा ही भाव खा कर बात कर रहा था , मुझको बातो ही बातो में एसा दिखा रहा था की बाईक मेरी लिमिट में नही ह खरीदनी, हर चीज को ज्यादा भाव में कर रहा था तभी राज ने एक हेलमेट लिया और मेरे सामने टेबल पर रखते हुए कहा की ये रहा हेलमेट , और इस हिसाब से टेबल पर रखा की जैसे मुझको निचा दिखा रहा हो बहुत ही ज्यादा गंदे तरीके से बोला , इस पर मैंने बाईक न लेने की बात बोली और मैनेजर के बारे में पुचा , मैनेजर थोड़ी देर के बाद आया उसने मुझको ही कहा की आपको हम बाईक नही देंगे और आपकी पेमेंट हम 7/8 दिनों में वापिस कर देंगे मुझको उस समय समझ में नही आ रहा था की ब्रांच मनेजर और सेल्स मैंन की ही रॉयल एनफील्ड कंपनी है , आज से पहले मैंने 2019में इलेक्ट्रा उत्तम नगर डेल्ही से और क्लास्सिस 350 नजफगढ़ से ली परन्तु इन दोनों स्टाफ वालो का वव्हार इतना घटिया लगा की मई बयां नही कर सकता अगर रॉयल णीळ्ड के शोरूम पर कस्टमर की इज्जत नही हो सकती टो असी कंपनी से बाईक खरीदने के लिए हम मरे नही जा रहे है इतनी घटिया सेल्स टीम BRAWN ऑटो मोबाइल की अगर कंपनी शोरूम पर कारवाई करे टो हमे लगे की हम कंपनी से बाईकले रहे है और कंपनी का ही शोरूम है मैंने कंपनी से बाईक खरीदने के लिए पैसा दिया आप से अनुरोध है की शोरूम पर कारवाई की जाये और बाईक जो मैंने खरीदी है उसको इज्जत से मुझको दिया जाये प्रिया सोनी अजय कुमार वर्मा 9991899998 9578444442
