Pathetic people and pathetic service, they operate on a different name as well "applesolutions.in".
I gave my iMac to them the first time for a motherboard replacement, it took 6 months for them to realize that it's not available, so they returned it. 2nd time I enquired they said the motherboard was available and would be available in 12-15 days I submitted the machine, But it took 3 months of waiting and 1 month for them to return It to me "WITH A BROKEN CHIP/CPU AND A MISSING/STOLEN RAM, THEY DIDNT EVEN GLUED THE SCREEN, THEY JUST stuck IT WITH A TAPE AND GAVE IT TO ME.
now when I confronted them, they clearly denied wrongdoing and accepted MISSING RAM and said they would return it. and for the rest, they are not ready to accept their mistake.
They are telling me that it may be possible the Chip was broken when it came, if that was the case, they didn't send any pictures or information about the chip when I submitted it to them.
I am going to file a police complaint against them.
please save your expensive machines, do not go to them.
