Im deeply dissatisfied, due to the school's inflexible and seemingly unjust refund policy regarding admission fees. Its unfortunate that what began as high hopes for a reputed institution ended up being a frustrating ordeal.
The admission process was smoothand appeared to be a promising choice for my childs education. But due to personal emergency there was a change in plans and my child not anke to continue with the school.
While I understand that schools have their policies, the lack of flexibility and compassion in this case was disheartening.
My experience with New Baldwin was marred by their inflexible refund policy which failed to account for the unpredictability of life's challenges, which left a negative impression.
