Their Customer Service is very bad. I puchased a shower panel and it's been 1 month and they haven't been able to install it. They said they only have one carpenter to install for all of PUNE housefull stores. How pathetic. DO not pay for installation until after work is done. I've called them for the last 1 month and they said they will call and let me know - but they never do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. the guy that works there RAJ - he hangs up on customers.
