They said they have a new project yet to be launched. Asked for 15% downpayment a year ago. I asked for my money to be returned on October 2008 since they have not got a BDA approval yet. Its been around a month since I asked for refund and they have stopped replying to my emails! I called them and they said they have âfinancial crunchâ!!
Beware!!! I have already thought of approaching the consumer court!
