Office: 20, Old Court House Street, Kolkata-700 001 Sir, We had trust on product promotion of your prestigious concern and purchased many items in the past. But recent experience crushed all our confidence on the range of customer services provided by you. On June 23, 2010 we had gone to your Kakurgachhi branch at around 3pm and booked one Videocon Washing Machine with Rs 5000 in cash vide MR No.-KG/CMR/01615/10-11 and Tax Credit Memo no. - KG/CB/01500/10-11. On enquiry, your people informed us casually that the product will be delivered at home the next day or it may be delayed to next day. On the next evening when I enquired about the delivery, your personnel on landline at your outlet did not care for our anxiety and asked us to be patient regarding delivery. For reasons better known to you, the product was supplied to our house after 2 (two) days on June 25, 2010 late in the evening. Incidentally this outlet is less than half a kilometer from our house. The delivery personnel took away the balance money on delivery and asked us not to open till Videocon people reaches at home for demonstration. Again after repeated enquiry regarding demonstration of Washing Machine from Videocon Company, your personnel on the landline again indifferently responded that the Great eastern staffs are unable do anything regarding this. By the way the personnel from Videocon Company reached us on June 30, 2010 afternoon. To our utter surprise, he discovered that that product was not the same one we have paid for in cash nearly one week back. The people at your customer services did not bother, whether the person like us is getting the correct product at home delivery, for which you are taking cash money in hand. We had chosen and paid for VIDEOCON VDL 70 AMW, DOLPHIN PLUS 7.0 KG SA WM-AQUA BLUE. Your personnel supplied us at home VIDEOCON VDL ATLANTIC PLUS WM VAT AZ-SFT ECO-GREEN. Immediately we contacted your outlet over phone regarding this discrepancy. Again your personnel on landline at your outlet did not care for our apprehension. She heedlessly told that she is not supposed to answer about the mistake in delivery. When I asked ‘about this whom to talk’ she had no courtesy to answer and kept the phone. On July 1, 2010 without a single word of apology, your personnel replaced the previous on with the new DOLPHIN PLUS 7.0 KG SA WM-AQUA BLUE. Still we are waiting for the regarding demonstration of Washing Machine from Videocon Company. As a valued customer we need good quality customer care. In Indian culture any customer is like The God at your doorsteps. But the above series of insincere behavior of your staffs towards a rational customer services had shattered our reliance on you. May God bless you with prosperity in future after providing such a near to the ground quality customer service.
