Please DO NOT get your wedding cards at this specific store..These guys ruined my weddign cards and gave me a very hard time during my wedding 3 years ago..it was so bad that I still remember it and had to place a comment here! I had placed an order for around 300 cards and when I went to collect them I noticed that the printing ink on most cards weren't as dark as the sample shown..when i questioned them they said it was all fine and they could do NOTHING about it..so I let it go..when I got home and started looking at each invite before I mailed it, I noticed that around 4-5 of my cards had something in Tamil scribbled on them!! It was UNBELIEVABLE! I was so mad that these guys couldn't even check the cards before handing it to a customer, so I went back and gave them a piece of my mind and forced them to print me a whole set of new cards which btw looked much brighter than my first set beacuse they had used fresh ink!! This whole time, the 2 guys at the store were unapologetic, had no ETHICS, no ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions ..they didn't even give me the correct number for their manager when I asked for it for fear of getting fired! The CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store is HORRIBLE!! They are only fit for taking orders and billing customers not caring about quality of service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH OF OLYMPIC CARDS IN EGMORE TO ANYONE!!!They don't even deserve 1 star!!
