Hi. I had been to Arihant Arham site - Panvel. It is fair enough though it is quite far off..But plz BEWARE of the sales guys. had a BAD experience. We had been to their head office on saturday. we (the sales guy & me) has freezed on a particular flat n decided to meet on monday so that I could give the token amount. But when i called him on monday, he said the rate has been increased to Rs.2600 psf.. whereas we had earlier decided on Rs.2500/- psf. the worst part, he said there are only 6 flats available. When i did a cross check, got to know from another sales guys that there are around 20 flats available. so plz think twice before you take a decision. I suggest plz do some cross-checks / verifications as the sales guy seem to be REAL CHEATS.
