I have both my kids in Kara and I have had a good experience. I like their attention to detail on safety, hygiene and curriculum. I am very happy wiht the progress of my 3 year old. To me it seems like a good place for a kid until the age of 6 years since it is a preschool, daycare and they also conduct special classes like dance, keyboard, theatre, table tennis etc. for kids in the evenings. So it is a one stop for me considering I am a working mom with 2 kids and a husband who travels a lot. Hope this helps. good luck on your preschool search.
