my first comment is very negative.i had signed the amc contract on 20/7/10 and paid the full amt.rs.1800/- upfront.your people were very prompt in sending a service engineer to collect the money and do some minor work in cleaning up my computer i.edeleting unwnted folders and files.today i bought a new monitor and requested your assistance in installing it.i called at about 4 p.m. and tthe call was taken by a lady who assured me a ser.eng.would be at my residence before 6 p.m.i called at 5.50 and there was nobody at your office.,except a ser.eng.who said he was on another call.i called your helpline 9845251424;no reply.if this is how you run your business i will come to your office and demand a refund;and ,believe me,i will get it one way or another and it won't be very pleasant for you. lenroy saldanha 9243422528.
